Great experience. A luxurious hotel with good amenities. Only downside is the bathroom has no doors or any wall for privacy. This is not a family friendly hotel

Upon arrival, I was assigned a different room type that was cheaper than what I had booked.
I had to change rooms three times.
Phone calls went unanswered.
The location was inconvenient.
The hotel was new and clean.

Very nice and stylish hotel, friendly and helpful staff. It is located just above office tower building so great location for those coming for business in the area.
Recommend, pleasant stay!

超級滿意的一次住宿，很現代感的酒店，商務差旅去了杜拜，特意選了靠近市區，但是又不絕對在Dubaimall附近的（性價比考慮），上城區不錯的，設施齊全，房間景色和超大衛生間，真的讓人很舒心，下次再來，必須推薦！

This hotel is new so it’s very clean. The rooms are very spacious with spectacular view. I recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Dubai.

I’m living near the hotel and have been curious about it for a while, so we decided to stay. It’s newly built, and everything inside is clean and new, making it very comfortable. Mr.Paul welcomed me with a wonderful smile at check-in. There are security staff near every elevator who are always kind and helpful. The room was lovely, and I had a relaxing time.
At one point, I couldn't figure out how to connect the Chromecast, so I contacted guest services. The staff member who helped was very courteous.
Breakfast is not buffet-style but ordered from a menu. It was very delicious, and the view from the restaurant was fantastic! Waiter Mr.Hement provided perfect service, making for a wonderful start to the day. The hotel's atmosphere was excellent, but above all, the staff's hospitality was truly impressive and touching! I also working in the hospitality industry and had stayed at many five-star hotels, but the staff level here is very high. I will definitely come back again! To all the staff, keep up the great work! :)

挺不錯的，房間景觀，可以的，看出去，很開闊，我和對象，覺得總體，不錯，還會考慮，就是位置太偏，附近沒什么東西

It’s a relatively new hotel near JLT Dubai. Not walking distance to JLT but near. The staffs at the main lobby were friendly greeting you when you arrived in the limousine. 2 Staffs at the reception was slow and inflexible. They did not take deposit during my check in and when I need to have just a coffee and bread at the lobby, I couldn’t sign the cost to my room. I came down without my bag hence I didn’t had cash or card to pay for that meal. The staff at the lobby cafe just said sorry she couldn’t serve, till I had to say it is just a coffee and bread, I wouldn’t run away right and I still have a few nights stay in the hotel. I had to run to the reception to get the staff to inform the lobby cafe staff so I could quickly have my meal and go out for my meeting. Anyway this is disappointing.

Nice stay, get a free upgrade studio room at the highest floor from Yaman. All hotel staff, directors and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Will be back when I travel to Dubai again ????
